Shipping and delivery policy

Nothing is shipped

Spirit vCards is a digital service. There is no physical product, so nothing is posted, couriered or shipped, and no delivery charges apply anywhere in the world.

How your service is delivered

Access is delivered electronically as soon as your plan is active. You sign in at vcards.spiritual.agency and your cards are available immediately. Each card you publish is live at its own web address straight away, and its QR code works from that moment.

If you cannot get access

If your plan is active but you cannot sign in or your cards are not appearing, email vcards@the.spiritual.agency and we will sort it out. Please include the email address on your account.

Physical cards

We do not currently sell or ship NFC cards or any other physical item. If we begin to, we will publish full shipping terms, timescales and costs here before taking any order.
